i buy 3 set of norton antivirus last year, i used 2 of them. yesterday was my expired day then i click RENEW and input my CD key and i get error message. so i try to uninstall my norton antivirus. i reinstall and put my new CD key (the one which i not used yet since i buy last year) everything was fine. unfortunely i dont know why my system crash and i need to reinstall my window 7. since my last windows 7 disk was lost , i buy NEW window 7 and installed it.
after than i try to reinstall my norton to the NEW windows from disk, but when it want to activated my norton ,i get error message 8505,129... so i look to web to solved my problem. i used to uninstall norton and remove all my data, and used
norton removal tool to remove all my norton. after that i download new norton from my account as suggeted and installed to my new window...but it still give me error 8505,129 when i activated my account. all my norton is 1 PC user. the question is because i use different windows 7, so i cant used my norton (because only 1PC allowed and i assumed that my NEW windows installed so it count different PC) or it was an error.
if it was an error how to fix that? sorry for my bad english...thanks
