Error with Norton Ghost on Vista

Hi,

I have Norton Ghost 14.0, which I just tried to install on my PC - but when it does a LiveUpdate, I get an error popup (not very helpful)

Please see this image: http://ultradev.com.nmsrv.com/ghost_error.jpg (it wouldn't let me upoad to the forum)

The actual process seems to work ok , until it tries to install the update.

I've checked I have UAP turned OFF (I hate UAP ;)) ... and I just can't see any reason why it wouldn't work :(

BTW, It was find on my last PC, and the PC before that - both of which had Vista 64 bit

Anyone got any ideas? This is my work PC, so I need to keep a backup of it, in case of catastrophic hard drive failue (or worse )

UPDATE: When I actually run Norton, I get some info telling me its configuring Ghost. Then I do this, it asks me to look for a CD for some reason (see http://ultradev.com.nmsrv.com/error2.jpg ... and when I cancel that, I get http://ultradev.com.nmsrv.com/error3.jpg

TIA

Andy
