Yesterday, my Norton antivirus was fine. When I logged in today, I saw that I needed to do something with it (the exclamation point was seen); when I went to see what it was that needed fixing, then fix it, I couldn't get Norton to come up. I tried several times before deciding to down-power my computer then try again after rebooting (I thought it was stuck, and that the reboot would free it up). When my computer rebooted, I had no icon for Norton and it took a few minutes after I clicked the button for it to come up. When my product came up, it said Norton Security has encountered an error: 3048, 3 and that LiveUpdate repair was running.
Has anyone encountered this problem, and with what's going on (the LiveUpdate repair) work to free up my product? I've not had this problem before with my computer.
