Can anyone give me advice about sorting out my norton internet security. I have 2011 installed but this has expired so i have purchased 2012 and installed it. The problem is when i start up the computer it is fine for a few minutes then an error code pops up and says there is a problem with the sonar protection (not turnt on) i follow instruction to download a file and re start but the problem is still occuring. I have un installed and rebooted and tried the installment process. Help please. i don't want to same problem to occur.
