NIS 2008 said that my subscription ran out even though it runs out in June 2010. I contacted user support and the analyst helped me out for a while uninstalling 08 and trying to install 09 and 2010 NIS. We then received error 8504
I was told that I had a virus and directed me to the viral removal team. I paid 99.99 and the analyst ran a diagnostic and said that I have no virus. He sent me to another analyst saying there was a problem with the product, I got sent to four other people, no luck.
Help.
