I can't turn on my anti-virus.
My antispyware and firewall etc is on and working fine but my anti-virus isn't on and I can't seem to fix the problem.
I have ran live updates, downloaded and updated virus definitions and restarted my laptop which was to no avail.
Should I run a full system scan? Is there a step i'm missing out?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
I considered reinstalling my product but i'm more inclined to do that after I know there isn't a simplier way to counter this error i'm getting.
