I have had Norton free through Comcast for a number of years on my PC. I have used Paypal successfully and frequently for years, also, but started having problems connecting about a year, year and a half ago. The work-around fix I've been using in that time is clearing cookies from Paypal in my browser (usually use Mozilla) before every log-in, as suggested by their customer service, but that has quit working altogether in the past few days. I either get an error that either says untrusted connection - right on login attempt, or halfway through navigating the Paypal website, or something that says the page isn't redirecting properly, can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies, which I haven't done. Paypal customer service seems to think this is a problem with my firewall or something. I got bounced around and eventually disconnected from Comcast tech support in hopes of getting some help from them. Before I try them again, any advice here? Right now I can only access it from my tablet, and there have been times in the past where if I was just booted from Paypal by my PC, my tablet would also not connect. Recently I was able to send a funds request via the app on my tablet, while I couldn't connect at all with my PC. So far I'm only having this problem with Paypal, and it happens on all browsers.
