It’s Been like it all day, Like Now as I am writing this Browser Chrome 4.0.266 I Notice now after posting all the line spacing got removed. So Just one big block of a Paragraph Quads

Last Night I updated Chrome, cleaned the cache, that didn't work

I have posted this morning just a minute or two ago, and the Toolbar appears, and I can quote

Paragraphing is also back, What ever it was for now has fixed itself.
