I was told NIS is suspended and new product will be NS but today when I got NIS auto renewal the product is NIS. I wonder how come Symantec could provide updates entire year when the product has been suspended. Why not they updated to NS?

PS. My product is in Japanese and registered in Japan. As Norton Chat support guys they pretend they understand Japanese in reality they don't that is why I am using English forum which is very helpful.
