Exceptions in Norton 360 Deluxe?

Issue abstract: Norton 360 is preventing a website from fully working. When I uninstall Norton 360 the website has full functionality so I’m thinking that something with Norton 360 is interfering with the operation of the website. This a new issue as I’ve used the website and had Norton 360 installed for a number of years without running into this issue. Can I configure Norton 360 to grant an “exception” to the website in question?

Norton 360 is preventing a website from fully working.
