Exclusion scan (Symantec Support can't help me :S)

Hi,

 

I try to run an executable file, but SONAR put the file into Quarantine. I know that file is clean and i restore it but, i check the button do exclude from next scans.

Now i try to reverse that action but in the exclusions of Norton 360 the file doe not appear.

 

Symantec Support can't help me.

 

Someone here know a solution to reverse that action?
