Existing file vault contents not found after upgrading to current version of Norton 360

Hi Support,

I upgraded my copy of Norton 360 to current version because I was using a sufficiently old version that Indentity Safe did not work with Firefox. I have approximately 50 saved passwords in indentity vault which I would like to continue to use. I can see that the existing identity vault data is still there in:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\N360_20.3.0.36\IdentitySafeDataStore\S-1-5-21-1343024091-1177238915-725345543-1005

In the directory I see that file that the file IDDStore.dat is large (477kb) and recently modified. There are lots of icons for the websites that have stored password information too. In short this directory looks perfectly fine.

However when I try to use the Identity Safe that came with the upgraded Norton 360 version my pass phrase is not recognized and if I set up a new identify safe, it is empty.

What should I do to get the new version of Identity Safe to look at this existing information? I am running a fully patched version of Windows XP and have updated the new version of Norton 360 with Live Update to be current. For the record the new version of Norton 360 is 20.3.0.36.
