Existing Forum Account - sign in failure:

Attempted to sign into existing Forum account with the usual required info. The automated response was that incorrect info had been entered, including a statement that my registered (with Symantec/Norton) email address was invalid. (If so, how is it that there have been successful back & forth communications with Symantec/Norton via that email address in the recent past? I keep a printed hard copy of Forum sign-in data, which was referred to in the first attempt to sign in.) I had to create a new Forum account....using the identical info...to sign into the Forum. (Did a recent upgrade to NIS 22.5 have anything to do with all this?)
