I have a computer that had one of my 3 licenses installed, however that computer is not longer bootable. How do I reuse this license if I do not have the ability to remove the product from the non bootable computer?

What happened to the machine? Was it a hardware or a software problem that took out the boot? Is it necessary for you to recover files?
If the machine is not worth any recovery, just install your product on the new or rebuilt computer. You get a notice that you have exceeded your activations. You can then tell customer service chat what happened and they will reset your activation.
