I have Email selected in the selections for Norton Online Backup. I have then excluded one particular type of email file in the Advanced Settings. However, when a backup runs the log file still indicates that it couldn't backup the file I've excluded. Well, it shouldn't even by trying to back it up. I've gone so far as to copy the listing of the file in the log, which has the full path to the file and the file name, and paste this line into the exclusion, so it's not possible that I've mistyped the file.
