My computer came with 60 day free trial plus I purchased a 36 month subscription. I was told that my 36 month subscription would go into effect after my 60 day free trial, but when I activated my subscription, my expiration date is 36 months away and my 60 free trial is non-existant now.
How do I get this fixed?
