EXPIRATION NOTICE when i've already expressed renewed and received confirmation!

A few days ago I expressed renewed my subscription.  I have received confirmation of that via email.  Why am i still receiving notices displayed saying NORTON will expire in 4 days?!!!  Should i be concerned?  Whats gonna happen in 4 days???
