Expired subscription interfering with download of new subscription

Issue abstract: Download interference

Detailed description: Expired susbscription won’t let me download a NEW active suscription on my laptop. Keeps msg to renew! How can I cancel or make it show expired?

Product & version number: Norton™ 360 Deluxe (NEW) , don’t know where to find version number.

OS details: windows os

What is the error message you are seeing? “Cannot download, is already downloaded”

Version number: 22.24.7.8

Do you have new key?
Did you register new key with your Norton account?
Did you try Enter Product Key?

I was able to do a chat and they were able to fix the problem. Thank you for your concern.

Care to share how support sorted the problem?

The rep had to delete the expired subscription so that I could use the new downloaded one.
