Hi Anyone who can help this computer illiterate pensioner.
I have recently purchased and downloaded Norton just prior to my 60 days trial finished, but now get reminders telling me Norton virus protection will expire in 5 days (today 23-09-11).
When I click on "Click here for help on download, re-download and install on additional PC's I do not see any reactions.
Please assist in layman's language.
