I searched for the explanation to "Add Reliable Network to Norton Secure VPN", to Norton 360 support, and got the following result:
1. Open the Norton Secure VPN.
2. Tap the Wi-Fi settings icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. On Wi-Fi Security screen, tap my reliable network.
4. On the reliable network on the screen, click the icon to add a network to your reliable network.
The added network will be displayed in the My Reliable Network section on the Wi-Fi Security screen.
This explanation is not right and starts to make mistakes on line 2 as there is no option of "Wi-Fi Settings icon at the bottom of the screen".
Then I open the VPN settings of 360, the only option that could be related to "adding reliable network in Norton Secure VPN", and I can't find the "Wi-Fi Safety option, tap my reliable network", like line 3 explains.
This is the second time I use the Norton 360 support explanations and in both I find wrong or outdated answers.
I also find that when answering "No" to "Was this article useful?" from the Support page of the Support, the option of informing Norton is not presented that the Help page has wrong or outdated information.
I don't like having to contact Norton's telephone technical support but I'm unhappy with the Support of the support that don't work.
