Any advice or help?
You have the Spyware Protector 2009 virus / malware. Some removal instructions are here Remove SpywareProtector2009 . Also you can download Malwarebytes Antimalware from this LINK . Get the freeware version as this does not interfere with Norton's scanners. Install the program and run the update to update the definitions. Then do a full system scan in both Safe Mode (while starting your system, tap the F8 key until the Windows Advanced Options menu comes up; choose Safe Mode ( no networking or command prompt) and press enter) and then in normal mode. Use MBAM to fix / delete all that it finds. Report back here with the results.
PS - I forgot to mention that when you click on the download link at MalwareBytes web site that this will direct you to CNET Downloads site. Not to worry; this is normal and perfectly alright. Just did not want you to think you just got hijacked or something.

Yes, everything is normal as per the Hijackthis log you have posted. Please run a full system scan from your Norton program and check if it detects/removes any threats. Also, check whether you are getting any more popups from explorer.exe or any other ads.
You still have a rather strange situation with Norton going on; seems you have some remainders from Norton AntiVirus and Norton Internet Security 2009 on your system. This will have to cleaned up before the system is 100%. But you do need to make sure you remove all evidence of the Spyware Protector 2009 rouge application from your system. When you get back this evening, come back here and we’ll help get you cleaned up.

Per my last HIjacks report, my Norton scan still is yet to find anything, yet sometimes i get the pop up "Norton internet security action has happended." Should i post the last few things Norton was able to remove? Because i still have the pop ups, addons and slow computer speed.
Thanks in advance
What are the pop ups and addons?
I did the scan in safe mode and norton found 2 and resolved 2 issues. But the pop ups are just random advertisements. THe most annoying is some lady named Jenny who is doing E-mail leads cheaper then her competitors. It actually talks, and will take up 8-9 pages of INternet Explorer.
Is a link that just popped up as i was typing this reply. But just random things like that are still coming up. How can i tell if the Spyware2009 virus is gone?
[edit: removed un-secure link.]

Is a link that just popped up as i was typing this reply. But just random things like that are still coming up. How can i tell if the Spyware2009 virus is gone?
01. Have you Completed a Full System Scan in Normal, Safe Mode (Your Account) and Safe Mode (Administrator Account) with Norton, dis-connected from the Internet? If not, please do this.
02. Have you done Step 01, only using the Product Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Full Scan of all Drives, dis-connected from the Internet instead of Norton? If not, please do this.
What was the Threats Norton Detected and Removed?
It was downloader and trojan.doppler
and i'm running a fullscan now
When you finish with all your scans and everything is clean, you have some leftover bits from an old Norton product it seems (previous version of NAV perhaps?) . Please clean your system of these and properly have NIS2009 installed by following these:
1) Copy your Norton key for safe keeping just in case you need it. You should not need this but it is better to have the key on hand than to need it and not have ready access to the key. You can find a copy of your currently installed key in My Documents\Symantec\Norton Internet Security_Key.txt.
2) Download the Norton Removal Tool from this link. Norton Removal Tool Choose the NIS2009 link and the Norton Removal Tool (NRT) to your desktop. Directions are on the link page.
3) Download the latest version of NIS2009 from this link. Reinstall After Removal Choose the Norton NIS2009 link on this page. On the next page you can download the latest NIS2009 installation software.
4) Disconnect from the Internet until your system needs the connection later in the process.
5) Go to START > Norton Internet Security > Uninstall and let NIS2009 uninstall itself. It will want to reboot the machine. Let it.
6) During the booting of your system, go to Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu is shown. Choose the Safe Mode option (no network or command prompt).
7) In Safe Mode, run the NRT tool. When the tool is finished, click on the Reboot to restart your system.
8) Let Windows boot into normal mode now.
9) Install NIS2009 by double clicking the file you downloaded and saved to your desktop in step 3.
10) When the installation asks for your key or says activating your product, reconnect to the internet then (plug your cable in or turn on the wireless card). [Note: The installation may not ask for your key and activate by using the previous key on the system. Your system will still need to connect to the internet at this point so updated definitions can be downloaded.]
11) Run the Live Update process manually until Live Update reports that there are no more updates to download, NIS2009 is fully up to date.
12) Reboot your system now to insure that any components updated during step 11 are loaded properly.
13) See if your error is fixed now.
Report back here with how this works for you.
