I want to export my Identity Safe data as a CSV file. I uninstalled NIS09 using the NRT before my subscription expired (in dealing with other problems NRT has been used in the past to remove all Norton products and NIS09 reinstalled without losing the Identity Safe data). Now the license has expired. I reinstalled NIS09 and ran the COExport.exe utility. The problem is that it does not accept my IdentitySafe password. I am sure that I used my IdentitySafe password or no password. The initial NIS screen shows no option other than Subscribe/Renew.
As an alternative I installed Norton Confidential 15 day trial. When trying to restore from a NIS09 NPM backup file, the message "... the password may be incorrect or the file corrupted." is displayed. I am wondering if the data can be accessed without renewing the NIS09 license. Any clues would be much appreciated.
