Express Cleanup Problem

I recently upgraded from Nonton System Works 2007 to Version 12 (2009) on three computers.  After removing all Nortons software from each computer I ran the Norton Removal Tool. Then I installed Norton System Works 2009, Norton Internet Security 2009 and WinFax Pro 10.  Now whenever I try to do an Express Cleanup I get a message saying: "Express Cleanup has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  However whenever I do a One-Button Checkup with Norton Cleanup Scan checked, it works fine.

 

Why doesn't Express Cleanup work by itself?
