Express Renewal problem from Japan

Greetings...

 

I am running AntiVirus 18.6.0.29 and I'm being told that I have 27 days remaining. Norton was installed on this PC when I bought the machine about a year ago from a vendor here in Japan. My machine uses English Windows 7, and an English version of AntiVirus. 

 

I would like to do an express renewal. When I hit the button, I get the "Subscription" window, which tells me that it's putting up a webpage where I can renew. What happens, however, is that I get sent to http://www.symantecstore.jp/subscription/unknown_sku.asp and then redirected to the Japanese Symantec page (http://www.symantecstore.jp/)

 

So what's going on here? Do I have to buy a whole new license, or is there a way to renew the one I have?
