I performed the express renewal and paid via visa, but the subscription did not update and advised me to await a further email as there was an issue with my order. When i received the email it stated the the payment processor is down. Does this mean that I will be sent a product key or will my subscription be automatically updated when the payment system is back working. Also now when i try to run live update the process updates fail. is this normal do i just wait now for the email and wait for subscription to be updated. thanks in advance.
