I think (i'm not sure of this is a good idea) Norton Download Insight should extend its effectivity in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. For example: the SmartScreen feature in IE8 should be replace with Download Insight instead the SmartScreen will report in the Download Window that the currently download file is safe or unsafe.
