Extending the existing subscription

I cannot extend the existing subscription, without having to jump through some absurd hoops.

My sub ends at the end of September. I cannot extend the duration of the existing sub. They ask me to purchase far more expensive options without any alternatives.

What the hell is wrong with you? I’ll glady switch to a different provider.

@Przemyslaw_Tworek If you have automatic renewal set in your Norton account, Norton usually will bill for your renewal 30-45 days ahead of the end of your subscription. Additionally, if you insert a new product key and activate it you will lose any days left on the current subscription. Contact support via the links below to have them correct your issue and add the remaining days to the current subscription. Just ignore the sell-ups and ask support directly what you are needing done. If they tell you that you must purchase other software get a representative’s name and save a copy of the chat logs for the forums admin to review. We don’t have access to accounts here on the forums.
