Rebuilding a laptop for my son and just installed the latest versions of Norton Security Suite and Norton Family
On my login I have a slight delay the first time I open a browser (firewall initializing?) but then I can browse like normal
On my son's account that is protected by Norton Family the browsing is extremely slow. It takes minutes to load basic pages and images never download. I disabled NF for a period of time and browsing returned to normal - this is how I am able to get on the community page now.

The laptop is a Dell XPS running Windows 7 x64. Using both Chrome v26.0.1410.43 m and IE 10.0 and I get the same results with either browser
