Fabulous Live Chat service from MARIDEL MILLIO

Earlier today, I had an amazing Live Chat with this lady. She was very patient, full of perseverance & empathy, knew her job and was honestly the best advisor I have ever dealt with. I used to audit customer service calls and like to think that I know what good customer service looks and sounds like - Maridel was 100% excellent. She is a credit to Norton - an excellent advertisement for them - and I'd like to put on public record how good she was.

We had some technical issues - I'd logged into my everyday profile which is 'Standard' and she couldn't access my PC. We had to terminate so I could log into my Administrator profile and had to terminate that, too, when I discovered that none of my Identity Safe log-ins were on that profile. (I've created a separate thread on that!) Presumably these interruptions are the reason why I didn't receive Norton's feedback request.

So, is there any way that one of the Moderators could feed this in to Maridel's bosses please?
