Good Morning,
Just tried to do a Facebook scan from within my NS and it doesn't work. It shows a message (After redirecting to my Facebook page) 'Your account is not currently protected by Norton Auto scan'
I tried clicking the 'Auto Scan On' button, page refreshes and still shows 'Auto Scan Off'. Attempted to activate by clicking the Norton scan app button on left side of Facebook page but still no joy.
I know Norton has had some problems in the past with Facebook page scanning so could anyone out there confirm if they are seeing the same problem as I. It was about a month ago I tried this particular scan when I first upgraded from NIS and it worked then.
Windows 7 Home Prem, Ns V.22.2.0.31 IE 11, Malwarebytes Free.
