Facebook won't load now that Norton 360 is on computer

I just recently added Norton 360 on my computer.  Facebook will not completly load now (also having problem w/ hotmail loading).  Will only get top bar that shows profile, notifications, etc. The rest is blank. If I remove Norton 360 from computer then I have full access to facebook.  I currently have IE 9 on this computer.  I have no problems on the other computer which uses the same antivirus and same IE. I don't understand what the problem is.  The computer that I am having issues w/ is running Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1 (Service Pack 1)
