Faild to Process Updates - Live Update

I noticed about a day agaon my updates won't process when I do a Live Update and it just the process. I will check and download it but after that it 'failed to complete'  process update. 

 

Can this be fix?

 

My computer as been turn off and restart few times already. And I just check to see if my Norton 360 is up-to-date and it is.

You say your Norton 360 is up-to-date.  May I ask what version (number) is it? 

 

Also, what operating sysytem is your computer running?

It seems to working now even though I still wonder what happen extactely... Thank You

I'm now having the same problem, which started last night.  It says "Error 8920, 208", and also "Norton Web Protection Definitions - Failed to complete"

As close to 'exactly' as I can get is that the stream of "1"s and "0"s didn't make it from the server to your machine in the correct order. One, or more exchanged places so that it became "0"s and "1"s which didn't work. The refresh of a new copy solved the problem. Stuff happens and it isn't always easy [possible] to pinpoint the exact cause.
