We have a website www.twinkletoes.bchip.com , on attempting to add the site, the site that gets added is bchip.com, on verifying it fails. Please note that the domain bchip.com is not ours, I believe the service provider provides many virtual servers hosted on this domain, Twinkletoes is just one of them and is who we are attempting to verify.
I await your advice. Note that I have placed the auth file in our root but not in the main domain root. also the safe-web meta tag is active but on on the home page currently, been http://www.twinkletoes.bchip.com/default.htm .
