Failed - Virus detected error

When I try to install Norton 360 on this computer I get this error during the download process.

It is a HP Pavilion laptop running windows 11 Home build 22621.1555

I'm using the Chrome browser.

Where was the virus detected?

If it is on my computer, how do I remove it if I can not install Norton's software?

Do you see a message specifically saying there is a virus?

If this is a new computer, have you removed any trial versions of any non Norton security software before trying to install Norton? Those can interfere with the download and installation of a different AV software package.
