Failing to "FIX"

I'm running 20.2.0.19 and am getting message I need to FIXNOW.  Fix screen comes and says NOT FIXED for AUTO PROTECT, SONAR PROTECTION, ANTISPYWARE, INCOMINGF EMAIL and OUTGOING EMAIL.

 

What Is wrong and How do I fix it?

Hi bcs001,

 

Have you tried running live update repeatedly to get all the latest updates and patches. I think the latest version of N360 is 20.2.1.22. Maybe the issues are fixed in this update. Do let us know if it resolves your issue.

 

Edit: The latest version is 20.3.0.36

This Laptop is running XP so I believe I am running the latest version.  I did run the version check at the Norton website and it told me I was up to date.  I've also run Live Update repeatedly and it appears I am up to date on this as well.  

 

Looks like a reinstall is in my future.  Any other suggestions before I do this?  One item to note....when I ran the FIX and it failed, I did see a message about my product not being activated, yet it shows I am protected and have 244 days of subscription left.  Checking my online account page I am activated.  Thoughts?

In the main Norton window, click Support > Subscription Status and let the Subscription Status Check run.  Even though your online account may be accurate, your local program may not have the correct subscription information.  This can happen if your system time and date get out of whack.  Running the Subscription Status Check will synchronize your product with the information on Symantec's servers.

Ran the subscription check...said I was good to go but still wouldnt fix.

 

I reinstalled and this resolved the problem.  Not sure why but maybe something to do with Windows XP.
