I have the full norton anti virus package on my samsung galaxy tablet. After getting a notification saying it needed upgrading I chose to do so. It asked me to uninstall the old version before uograding to the new one. And now its nog letting me log on to complete the update. It gives me thr option to send the password to my email but its not sending that either. So at the moment I have no protection on my tablet which I have payed the full ammount for.
Please can you help?
