I got a purported auto Adobe Flash Player download today. I came back to my computer after a while, and there it was, asking me to open or save the file. I saved it. When I opened the directory for my Downloads folder, I didn't recognize the icon for the saved file. Meanwhile, Norton's automatic scan notice came up in the lower right corner of my screen, saying the file is safe. When I double-click the file in the directory to run it, I get a warning notice about the publisher, Itgms Ltd., being blocked. I never heard of Itgms and I get no hit for it in Google. I had Norton scan it again and got another OK. I mistrust this. Is it real or is Norton failing to catch malware here?
