Fake App Attack: Fake AV Redirect 31

Can anyone tell me the reason why I visit my personal web site, a Norton message pops up that says:

 

Fake App Attack:  Fake AV  Redirect 31

 

There is nothing weird on my site, but I get this at home and at work.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
