Hi everyone - Am new here and think my laptop may have a virus so am sending this via mobile. Am not tech savvy so appreciate your patience! Was away from personal laptop for a couple hours. When I began work after being away, small notice was on screen with warning that said "Fake app attack". I have Symantec Endpoint, and after clicking on "Status", notice in pop up says "no problems detected" Am concerned though because when I bring up "View Quarantine", three items are listed and under status column, each are listed as "infected". How to proceed? Much appreciated from non-tech savvy user! Jude1
