Fake norton website

My computer keeps popping up this fake norton website.

How to fix this? I guess it is a phishing website.

Hi Ray:

1. Please make that URL unclickable, then U blacklist that URL. For more, you can read the following how-to guides

And, that site has been flagged as a malicious domain, according to this VT report. And, That fake LP has not been tested by NORTON WEB TEAM yet.

2. Please perform a full threat check in yr Windows (?) Safe Mode w/ Networking. To do so, you can do the following:

  • Close all browsers; clean away browsers' temporary data using CCleaner.
  • Erase all the other undesired/ unknown installations in your system (Start > Control Panel > "Add/Remove" or, "Uninstall a program" list.)
  • Run yr system in said Safe Mode w/ Networking, update yr Norton product and scan yr disk.
