False Alarm (about client being disabled)

Hi, 

I get messages stating that Norton Family is not running, due to som error or that it has been disabled (I can't quote the message since I'm reading it in Swedish). However, when I checked the computer everything appeared to be OK and and my child's account was actually locked when it was supposed to be.  

 

I've had the opposite problem (the client stopping working without error message) for which I started  another thread. I've followed the advice in that tread and reinstalled Norton. This error occured both before and after that.
