Issue abstract: False detecting infections & not detecting games.
Detailed description:
The first issue is with Game Optimization section, it doesn’t detect, and you can’t even manually add games from the Microsoft Store (XBOX App).
Another, more significant problem is, with the first launch of “Norton 360 for Games”, your software suggested checking the system for viruses, etc, so i did, and i don’t rly know why i got baited… At first, I even got over the fact that it was deleting(putting the into quarantine) applications/files that I was sure weren’t malicious (at the moment of the prompts i decided ok, mby they are, so let’s get over with them, again got baited like a kid.)
Luckily, I had a system image made yesterday, so I could restore Windows to the way it worked before Norton… (Some applications and system functions don’t want to work after deleting some of their files, I wonder why)
But can u explain me, how Norton is detecting files from your website ass infected? (screenshot below).
I’m starting to think that Norton is not like Norton in the past.
The only one good think is that u offer the 30-day trial period, because I have a feeling that i will not give it much chance to keep it on my pc.
