Hello, I am the owner of an application called "Go PlayAlong 4". A user has reported that Norton flags the app for an invalid digital signature. The digital code signature has been updated around the end of 2023 because my business has been moved from Hungary to France. The new signature reflects this change to make sure that it contains up-to-date information.
I have tried to report it as a false positive at https://submit.norton.com/, but the website rejects the installer file because it is larger than 90MB. If I try sending file hash or download link, they are rejected too.
Can you please advise? Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

We have addressed this issue in the latest Norton release. I would suggest running the live update on your Norton client to ensure that you have the latest version installed, which is Version 22.24.2.6. After upgrading to the latest version, the detection issue should be resolved automatically.
I have tested your application with the new release and cannot reproduce the detection.
