The website abo.ch has been incorrectly flagged on Norton Safe Web since early August 2026.. Multiple independent security scans confirm the site is clean. No other security service (Google Safe Browsing, Swisscom Internet Guard, VirusTotal) flags the domain.
We submitted a false positive dispute via the Norton Safe Web portal on August 26. We followed up by email on August 31 and September 4, and called Norton Support (September 4 and September 8, September 14). Our case number is 106037405. Each time we were told the issue would be resolved within 2–3 days, but nothing has changed!
