False Positive from 360 Reporting

On the 29th November I submitted a file for appraisal that was giving a positive by 360 but not by a number of other antivirus.  I'm just wondering how long this analysis normally takes.  I have been checking it regularly but it has been stuck on "analyzing" ever since (now 9 days) even though the page clearly says "(up to 48 hours)".  

Also, does anyone know what the end result of this analysis is?  I really need to be able to release this file to customers but daren't while I'm getting this problem.

No I don't thank you, it's now working again.

 

Hello @IanBrooke, we have reviewed and analysed your sample submission and removed the detection from our products on December 1st. Do you still experience the issue today?
