We purchased a very expensive piece of pro audio equipment which is controlled remotely via control program. When installing the control program from the company Presonus, Norton identifies some of its files as viruses, using the heuristics scans. Here's the error I get:
"The program can't start because ccltext.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

Norton Antivirus has flagged this file ccltext.dll as having the Suspicious.Cloud.7.F virus in it.
It flags it as a Heuristic Virus. Detection of threat based on malware heuristics, with a High Risk level.
So I can't seem to get it installed and usable...
Is there a way to make this work? I opened a support Issue w/ Presonus and they indicated that Norton needed to add this to their whitelisted files list, and that it was not a virus. We really need this installed as the hardware we need to control relies on the software to control is.
