We raised a false positive for our product (Qlockwork) over a month ago and have heard nothing. Is there any way to track progress?

When logging onto the "Qlockwork" site....It has a "Green o/k " icon and a "No phishing" status...But the full report screen shows the site is not yet fully tested ..Can someone from the "Safe Web " team look into this issue for this member please ?
