I’m the owner of aeliabrand .com and I’m hoping a staff member can help escalate a false positive. Norton Safe Web is showing a “Warning” rating and blocking the site, with an alert saying it may try to steal personal information. This is incorrect.
AELIA is a legitimate Australian fashion retail business. The site runs on Shopify with a valid SSL certificate and processes normal e-commerce transactions. It recently migrated to this domain from our previous domain as part of a routine rebrand, so the domain is newly registered, which I believe has triggered the automated phishing classification.
There is no malware, no malicious scripts, and no phishing activity of any kind. For independent verification, Google Safe Browsing currently shows “No unsafe content found” for aeliabrand. com (checked today via the Google Transparency Report). This confirms the site is clean and that Norton’s warning is an automated false positive.
The Safe Web report shows zero community reviews and an automated-only rating with no specific threat listed. I’ve already submitted a dispute through the Norton Submission Portal today.
I’d really appreciate a manual review and removal of the warning, as it’s actively blocking real customers from reaching the store.
Thank you.
