Hello Norton Safe Web Team,
I am requesting a manual site ownership verification and re-evaluation for metaforbusiness(dot)cn.
About the Site
This is Meta Platforms’ official business website for the China/Greater China Region (GCR). It was recently migrated from our previous domain reachtheworldonfacebook(dot)com to metaforbusiness(dot)cn in October 2025. The site serves public marketing content for Meta’s advertising products in China.
Issue
The site is currently rated as “Caution” / unsafe on Norton Safe Web:
We believe this is due to the domain being relatively new (registered Oct 2025) following the migration from our established domain.
“Add Site” Verification Not Working
When attempting to use the automated “Add Site” verification at safeweb(dot)norton(dot)com, the portal reports “site can’t be reached.” However, the site is publicly accessible — it responds with HTTP 200 on standard HTTPS requests from any location. We’ve confirmed accessibility via curl from multiple networks and regions.
