False Positive "Malware Detected"

Hello, I recently had Norton pop up on my phone with "Malware Detected" on this game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.oddyarts.StoneOfLifeEXNative&hl=en

I've had this particular game for yonks, and it hasn't been recently updated or anything as far as I can see. Norton just decided to complain about it today. Therefore I believe it's a false positive.

Is there no way to exclude items from threat scans, like I can with Norton on my desktop? The only option it gives me is to uninstall, and I don't want to do that.

I believe that this is the same issue as described by Bobt36 in another post in this forum.  I have responded in the other thread.
